1. Platform Identity & Legal Standing
BangOnRealty® is a registered trademark (Class 36, Trademark No. 6132690) owned and operated by Srikant Deogharia, a RERA Registered Real Estate Agent (Reg. No: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/230228/003455), operating independently in a professional individual capacity.
BangOnRealty® is a digital real estate advisory and market intelligence platform and not a registered company, brokerage firm, developer, LLP, or partnership entity.

- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP)

3. Information Collected
Personal Data: Name, email, mobile number, property or investment requirements, communication records.
Non-Personal Data: IP address, browser type, device info, and analytics for insights.
Cookies: Used to improve user experience and analytics. Users may disable cookies; limited functionality may apply.
4. Consent & Communication
By submitting details, you consent to communication via Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email for property advisory.

5. Data Retention
Data is retained for advisory, engagement continuity, and legal compliance. No fixed deletion period applies under DPDP if valid consent exists.
6. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely in encrypted internal CRM systems and protected cloud environments. Vendor names are not publicly disclosed for security reasons.
7. Purpose of Data Usage
- Property shortlisting and investment advisory
- Market insights, pricing trends, and project updates
- Scheduling site visits and consultations
- Publishing anonymised market research and insights
8. Data Sharing
User data is never sold or publicly distributed. It may be shared only with:
- Relevant developer sales teams (based on your inquiry)
- Independent legal professionals (only when requested for due diligence)
9. Advertising & Commission Disclosure
The platform may receive channel partner compensation or referral fees from developers. This does not influence advisory neutrality or recommendations.
10. No Guarantee on Project Accuracy
Project details, pricing, approvals, RERA status, timelines, master plans, amenities, or layouts are sourced from developers or public records and may change without notice. Users are advised to verify on official RERA portals or directly with the developer.
11. Investment Advisory Disclosure
Market insights, ROI estimates, rent projections or capital appreciation views are for informational purposes only and do not constitute SEBI-regulated financial or tax advice. Final decisions rest with the user.
12. Limitation of Liability
BangOnRealty® and Srikant Deogharia are not liable for:
- Project delays, pricing revisions, or availability changes
- RERA approval updates after advisory
- Buyer investment decisions or financial outcomes
- Developer commitments or construction timelines
13. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BangOnRealty® and Srikant Deogharia from claims, financial losses, disputes, or damages arising from use of platform information or engagement with developers.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, research, insights, text, images, data formats, frameworks, and branding are the intellectual property of BangOnRealty®. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
15. User Authenticity & Misuse
Users confirm submission of genuine inquiries. Misuse of forms, bots, scraping, data harvesting, or fraudulent submissions may result in legal action.
16. Governing Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
